The Community Electrification Engagement Program (CEEP) is contracting community-based organisations to deliver place-based approaches to accelerate the uptake of electrification upgrades in Victorian households.

It includes promoting Victorian Government electrification incentives such as the SEC Electric Home Planner, Victorian Energy Upgrades Program and Solar Victoria rebates. Six projects are receiving a total of $660,000 in funds to deliver this program over the 2025-2026 year.
