Last night’s roast beef can become today’s lunch with this beef wrap. They make great finger food for entertaining.

Roast beef wrap
4 flour tortillas or mountain bread wraps
4 tbsp low fat cream cheese
1 tbsp horseradish sauce
lettuce or spinach leaves
red onion, thinly sliced
4 slices roast beef
salt and pepper
- Spread the tortillas with the cream cheese and horseradish sauce.
- Lay the lettuce or spinach leave on top.
- Divide sliced tomato and onion between the wraps and place a slice of beef on each wrap. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Roll up the wraps and cut each into 2–3 pieces.
