The technology is optimised to connect seamlessly and wirelessly via the Microsoft Teams platform. To do so, send your Microsoft Teams invite to email@example.com.
Please note: you will still need a lead computer in the room to admit attendees to your meeting.
Our systems also work on the Zoom platform. You will need to download the Zoom plug-in within Microsoft Teams. We recommend you do this prior to arriving for your event.

A reminder to send your Zoom meeting invite to firstname.lastname@example.org or include it in the 'Additional information' or 'Notes' section when you place your booking.
For presentations only, you can also connect to the system via HDMI cable.
When connecting Mac computers via cable, the system can be unpredictable due to frequent, unscheduled software updates. We recommend Mac users connect to the screens wirelessly via Microsoft Teams.
