Yoghurt pizza dough

1 cup plain Greek yoghurt
1 cup self-raising flour
pinch of salt (optional)

  1. Combine the flour, salt (if using) and yoghurt in a bowl and mix well until it forms a ball.
  2. Turn ball out onto a clean, floured surface and knead for 5 minutes until the dough feels elastic. Add flour to the surface as needed to keep the dough from sticking.
  3. Roll out dough and top with your favourite pizza topping and bake for 10–15 minutes or until crispy and golden.

Tip: If you don't have self-raising flour, use plain flour with 1 teaspoon of paking powder.

Variations: This dough could be used to make mini pizzas and pizza scrolls for lunchbox-sized snacks.
