Preparation: 10 minutes
Servings: 1 pizza
Dietary: Vegetarian

1 cup plain Greek yoghurt
1½ cup self-raising flour (plus extra for kneading)
pinch of salt (optional)

  1. Combine the flour, salt (if using) and yoghurt in a bowl and mix well until it forms a ball.
  2. Turn ball out onto a clean, floured surface and knead for 5–10 minutes, adding flour as needed, until the dough feels elastic and less sticky.
  3. Roll out dough and top with your favourite pizza topping and bake for 10–15 minutes or until crispy and golden.

Tip: If you don't have self-raising flour, use plain flour with 1 teaspoon of baking powder.

Variations: This dough could be used to make mini pizzas and pizza scrolls for lunchbox-sized snacks.
