Yoghurt pizza dough

Ingredients
1 cup plain Greek yoghurt
1½ cup self-raising flour (plus extra for kneading)
pinch of salt (optional)
Method
- Combine the flour, salt (if using) and yoghurt in a bowl and mix well until it forms a ball.
- Turn ball out onto a clean, floured surface and knead for 5–10 minutes, adding flour as needed, until the dough feels elastic and less sticky.
- Roll out dough and top with your favourite pizza topping and bake for 10–15 minutes or until crispy and golden.
Tip: If you don't have self-raising flour, use plain flour with 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
Variations: This dough could be used to make mini pizzas and pizza scrolls for lunchbox-sized snacks.
