Roast beef wrap

4 flour tortillas or mountain bread wraps
4 tbsp low fat cream cheese
1 tbsp horseradish sauce
lettuce or spinach leaves
sliced tomato
red onion, thinly sliced
4 slices roast beef
salt and pepper


  1. Spread the tortillas with the cream cheese and horseradish sauce.
  2. Lay the lettuce or spinach leaves on top.
  3. Divide sliced tomato and onion between the wraps and place a slice of beef on each wrap. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Roll up the wraps and cut each into 2 or 3 pieces.
