Nut pulp bliss balls

Preparation: 10 minutes preparation (1 hour refrigeration)
Servings: 8 - 10 balls


⅔ cup nut pulp (from making 1L milk)
½ cup packed dates (add more for sweetness or if mixture not sticky enough)
1–2 tsp cocoa powder
1–2 tbsp shredded coconut, and more for rolling balls in (optional)
pinch salt
2 tsp nut milk/coconut oil


  1. Add all ingredients to a food processer and blend until a sticky mixture forms.
  2. Use your hands to roll mixture into balls. Roll in coconut to coat surface (optional).
  3. Leave in fridge to set before enjoying.

Tip: Pulse through some dried cherries, raisins or nuts for texture and flavour variation. Be inventive with your additions.
