Fresh yoghurt dip with flat bread

1 cucumber, grated
350ml (1½) cups plain yoghurt
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped mint
½ tbsp chopped dill, optional
2 cloves garlic, finely grated
flat bread


  1. Put the grated cucumber in a tea towel and squeeze out the excess liquid.
  2. Combine the drained cucumber with the yoghurt, lemon juice, mint, dill and garlic and put into a serving bowl.
  3. Cut the flat bread into small pieces and serve with the dip.
