Banana bix smoothie

1½ wheat biscuits
1 ripe banana
1 mango cheek
250ml reduced fat milk
1 tbsp LSA mix (blend of ground linseeds, sunflower seeds and almonds)
2 tsp honey


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and combine until smooth consistency is reached. Serve in a tall glass.

Tip: Substitute 100ml of milk for Greek yoghurt for a tangy flavour. Try using berries or peach slices instead of mango.
