ResourceSmart Schools of the Future Challenge

Last updated: 6 September 2022

The ResourceSmart Schools of the Future Challenge 2021 is a fun, educational ready-to-run activity where with guidance, students can create and share their visions for a sustainable future.

The Challenge is available to all Victorian schools and provides an opportunity for a high degree of student engagement, drawing on student voice and vision.

It is suitable for all students from P to 12 and great for Student Action Teams.

Students will have a lot of fun completing the challenge, while gaining valuable experience in futures thinking and action planning techniques.

What do you need to run the Challenge?

The 3 pre-recorded sessions are ready to go and can be completed all at once or one at a time. You don’t need to be a ResourceSmart School to complete the Challenge.

We are interested to hear how schools use the Challenge and learn about their outcomes. This feedback helps to develop further ResourceSmart Schools activities.

Schools should email their feedback to
