Measure how your building performs

There are three rating systems that compare how your building performs compared to others.

1. NABERS rating

NABERS (National Australian Built Environment Rating System) is Australia’s leading building performance rating system. It measures a buildings energy efficiency, carbon emissions, water consumption and waste, and compares it to similar buildings.

2. Green Star rating

Green Star is an internationally recognised sustainability rating. Green Star measures the sustainable design, construction and operation of buildings, fit outs and communities. If your building scores well, you’ll be awarded a Green Star certified rating.

3. Heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) online calculator

Heating, ventilation and air conditioning can be the largest contributor to energy bills in commercial buildings. The Calculating Cool online tool measures and benchmarks the performance of your heating, ventilation and air conditioning system.

Upgrade your commercial building

We’ve compiled a list of commercial buildings and the service providers they used to upgrade their building and significantly saved money.

Read the case studies and find a service provider

The building service providers are now working more collaboratively to fix problems, rather than working separately and creating more system inefficiencies.
