With updates to the energy efficiency standards under the National Construction Code (NCC) which commenced on 1 October 2022, energy-efficient homes are quickly becoming the new normal. So with that in mind, there’s no better time than now to learn about going from 6 to 7-stars in a cost-effective and affordable way.

The following training courses are designed to enable builders, trades, designers, and assessors to transition from 6-star NatHERS rated homes to 7-star NatHERS rated homes with a whole-of-home assessment.

Whole-of-home tool

To support designers and assessors in adopting whole-of-home thinking, Sustainability Victoria developed an extension to the FirstRate5 House Energy Rating Software called the Whole of Home Pilot Tool.
