The 7 Star Homes Program works to build the capability and capacity of key actors in the residential construction supply chain to understand and comply with the forthcoming 7 Star energy efficiency standards. A critical aspect of the project has been proactively building industry capability to prepare and upskill industry, so they are in a better position to comply with the proposed energy efficiency provisions of National Construction Code (NCC) 2022.

The report details the:
- analysis of the Nationwide House Energy Rating Scheme (NatHERS) ratings in moving from NCC 2019 to NCC 2022
- assessment of the associated Whole of Home reports
- common issues uncovered through as-built verification of the homes.
