Expressions of interest to attend the 2026 ResourceSmart Schools Awards

Expressions of interest are open for a limited number of active ResourceSmart Schools to attend the 2026 ResourceSmart Schools Awards at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) on 11 June 2026.

Find out more and submit your expression of interest by 5 pm Thursday 28 May 2026.

ResourceSmart Schools is a free program offered by Sustainability Victoria that supports Victorian schools to embed sustainability across the school facilities, community and curriculum, while saving resources and money for the school.

Schools join the program, then have access to an online portal (ResourceSmart Schools online), where they learn and practice ways to integrate sustainability.

ResourceSmart Schools is an award-winning Victorian Government program that assists schools to embed sustainability in everything they do.
Learning modules
Schools must accomplish a set number of actions to complete a module to receive a certificate valid for four years.
