Statewide engagement
Objective: To improve the way we engage with our stakeholders, clients and audiences to deliver better integrated waste management and resource efficiency outcomes.
In three years, we will:
- maximise opportunities for regional Victorians to access programs that deliver integrated waste management and resource efficiency outcomes
- strengthen strategic relationships with key stakeholders
- provide excellence in service delivery to maximise access and improve our reputation with stakeholders, clients and audiences.
In 2012-13 we will:
- strengthen our presence and maximise our accessibility with stakeholders in regional areas and metropolitan Melbourne
- articulate our organisational vision, values and offering to all Victorians as a trusted source of reliable advice and guidance
- establish and implement an SV framework for engagement, which will underpin our operations, values and working culture
- conduct a regional pilot to enable greater access to information, advice and SV offerings.
