Grants and funding
Conserve, Invest and Save
The Conserve, Invest and Save strategy aims to conserve our valuable resources, invest in the state's environmental future and save money for all Victorians.
The Victorian Government has announced around $35 million for a range of programs as part of Conserve, Invest and Save to deliver better environmental outcomes by helping businesses and households manage waste and resources more efficiently.
Effective and efficient waste and resource management is not only fundamental to creating a healthier, more liveable environment, it also has strong economic potential for Victoria.
Conserve, Invest and Save programs aim to maximise the value of resources and help create new and sustainable employment across the state. The programs support investment in new recycling and waste processing infrastructure, the development of new and expanded markets for recycled products and assisting Victorian households and businesses to make smarter use of resources.
Re-using and recycling resources not only reduces waste going to landfill but helps save money, support the growth of the recycling industry, and drive innovation through the creation of products and industries.
